Belgian artist Felix Baele (b. 1993, Waregem) alters between oil painting, drawing, graphic design and music, experimenting with different mediums as he sees fit. With the use of subject matter dominated by representations of the human ideal, his paintings communicate conflicting emotions and thematics. Felix invites the viewer to accompany him on an existential contemplation. Inspired by advertisement, Felix aims to create a visual narrative representative of an absurd present-day human experience.
